The Apple antennagagte problem

July 16, 2010

Name it, solve it

About three weeks ago, we wrote an article about the iPhone4 signal reception issue. The signal reception problem is actually not new, which started from 2008.

Today, Jobs finally admitted the two years long antenna problem by saying:

We are not perfect

After almost two years, Apple starts to face with this problem in public and name the problem very seriously with a new terminology antennagagte.

It is very smart to name this problem as antennagagte, highlighting the importance of the problem, also easy to pronounce and remember.

As matter of fact, Apple already started to hire antenna engineers, who have over 10 years experiences, to solve the antennagagte problem. Here is the job description. Interesting parts of this job are highlighted in red.
