Openplug Elips studio can be used to make mobile applications for iPhone, Android, Windows, and Symbian. Open plug SDK is based on Adobe’s Flex action script and MXML. It is then complied to C++ for the binary. The different mobile device package is utilized for making the device specific package.
Openplug has various pricing models. It offers the free version to individual developers. The free version has all basic functions, which means you can make cross platform mobile applications.
