Zero effort

Google Chrome has decided to go the short release cycle strategy about two months ago. The benefits of such short release is obvious. It can catch up the fast involvement of Web technology, HTML5, Touch, Mobile, GPU.

Very recently, Chrome team has formally divided the Chrome dev into three channels, Stable channel, Beta channel, and Dev channel.  In particular, the Dev channel make the programer have almost zero effort to setup the development environment.

After downloading the source from dev channel, it is a .dmg file, which contains necessary configurations for the Chrome development. You can become familiar with Chrome kicker start development contribute in matter of day!
